Mount Auburn Pediatrics

We've only seen Dr Li so we can't comment on the experience of the other pediatricians, but Dr Li is really kind, thorough and patient. She called me close to 5pm on a Friday holiday weekend in response to a concern I had about a medication, which was so helpful instead of worrying about finding urgent care on the weekend. It is true that the front desk staff sometimes seem overwhelmed, but I have seen improvements in the two years we have been here.

Dr Priver has been our child's doctor since birth and has always been super-helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. We've followed her through 3 different practices!

The doctors are great, but unfortunately the supporting staff can do a better job. How is it possible that every single time I call I get put on hold for at least 10 minutes? And each time I take my daughter for checkups that involve vaccination, there is at least 30min wait between when the doctor is done seeing her and when she gets the shot. It’s very difficult to have a child <2 years old wait for that long in a doctors office. Also, we moved earlier in the year and it has been a nightmare to transfer her medical records. We put in request form for transfer in March, and I had to call 2 months later to find out that the form we submitted was “too dark” to be processed. I’m pretty sure what we submitted was fine (it was just a picture of the paper form)…so someone could not even fax it

They are not worth a star, not even half. They let my ex's partner without any legal custody/medical directive take my child to see Dr. Li. Apparently strangers from the street can take my child to this practice to be seen. They (Samantha) promised to have an urgent prescription filled by Dr. Priver at 3:30pm on a Friday and promised to follow up. She did not. After calling the on call nurses/doctors for hours, they called back and promised to follow up. 3 hours later Glenn Schlundt finally called and hung up on me before even hearing the circumstances. I have never dealt with anyone as rude as him. This is the most incompetent pediatrician's office I have every dealt with. Stay away from the entire practice!

Dr Glenn Schlundt is the worst!! We wanted a recommendation for podiatrist for my daughter's foot issues and he was of no help whatsoever, and he behaved rude!! He had no patience to listen to us. As a doctor, he should carefully listen to patient's words and help patient resolve their concerns/issues. We were scared to even ask any further questions and left the clinic without answers! And pay a nice bill for all this. Wish there was zero star here.
