I had covid in 2022 I was on a vent for a week. These Dr's fought hard to keep me alive and better. Best Dr's, Nurses and Cna's very compassionate and kind people. Good food and great care. Thank you

Everyone was so kind to my mother while her stay at Mt Auburn Hospital. She felt extremely well taken care of. The food she had was delicious. The nursing staff went over and above answering questions. The cleaning and kitchen crew were very helpful as well. The 91 year old reverend I believe her name was Barbara was so patient and engaging she was wonderful. My mom just wanted to express her gratitude and appreciation

UPDATED POSTPARTUM*: The midwives are good but the administrative support experience is horrendous from booking to billing it's a mess. If you call the office you could be on hold for a half hour or more and you still might have to wait hours to a day to get a nurse to call you back depending on your question. They only check patient gateway once in a blue moon so I'd plan not to use it if you want to have any sort of question answered. Also, be prepared to have to constantly give billing your correct insurance info (they seemingly can't manage to save it) and fight with them every step of the way to get them to bill correctly rather than charging you. They automatically send you to collection after X number of days so plan to be fighting with a collection agency if you have any sort of qu

Patients beware. Extremely disappointing billing experience with Beth Israel. I was charged over $400 for an online visit with a licensed social worker, not an MD, and months later no one has been able to clearly explain why. Resolving this has required hours of phone calls across multiple departments, with no clear answers or meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. The lack of clarity, accountability, and follow-up eroded my trust. When patients are seeking care, billing practices should reduce stress, not add to it.

I was a patient here for 5 days and being 60 miles away in Plymouth, they made my stay very welcome. The personnel were very kind and caring. The food was plentiful and excellent. If you have to be in a facility for a medical issue, I would recommend this hospital without hesitation.
