Mott Haven Pharmacy

Soo I went here to get a hair product. The shady looking guy working the register kept super close eyes on me as if he thought I was going to take something. I get to the register and he completey ignores me. Like literally looks at me and talks to eveyone else around me. And takes forever to ring me up though I'm first in line. He finally rings me up, doesn't give me my change and starts walking around behind the desk so I ask "um, can you give me my change?" He then gives me the wrong amount back. So I tell him, and he says it's my fault because I rushed him. Apparently, asking for good customer service is too much for him.

Wow!! Popped in yesterday whilst visiting from the UK........ Overwhelmed by the vast amount of wet shaving gear! I spent the best part of 2 hours here smelling all the soaps. Ended up with a basket full of goodies. There was even a chap (so sorry not to ask your name) bringing out extra bits for me to have a look at. A wet shavers paradise, and prices seemed very good too! If you love shaving and are in the area, this shop is a MUST!

Guy who works register is VERY RUDE!! He will stir a lot of people AWAY from this Pharmacy. Gave me ATTITUDE because I came to Drop off Packages for my BUSINESS. Also, yesterday I stopped by to inquire about the dropping off policy, as I was talking to another worker he rudely interrupts and starts to cut her off as she's answering my questions to just hurry me out the store. Literally just swayed his fat fingers off in my face as he finished his sentence

This place has horrible costumer service. I don’t know why this is a UPS drop off point when it doesn’t have space in its pharmacy. When I went to drop of my package the man working their gave horrible attitude towards me and my mom. He even said that he didn’t know why people bought stuff online if people send it back when they use it. He is very disrespectful and doesn’t know how to keep his mouth shut and give good service.

Love the changes they are making under new ownership. Shelves getting refilled, customer service getting better and lesser wait times for prescriptions.
