I had a prescription sent to them over a month ago. Called and went in on 4 different occasions only for them to tell me they did not realize the medication came in and I would have to contact my providers office to send a new prescription since it is now expired. After reassuring me they would contact me once it became available. This isn’t the first time they’ve been unprofessional and gave me the run around. No one offered any assistance and management’s attitude is extremely poor and argumentative. Very unfortunate that a neighborhood pharmacy doesn’t live up to its standards of keeping their clients health a priority. Having a staff that cares and provides phenomenal service is very important & this company exemplifies that. They're in a very convenient location. In addition, having a delivery service for prescriptions is a game changer. Highly recommend. Would definitely recommend anyone to check it out.
