Horrible customer service, never provide the proper service or information for the customers. Calls are put on hold for almost and hour to then confirm everything it’s okay and that meds are ready for pick up. To end up showing up to the pharmacy and being informed that they don’t have or some other thing. Horrible !!! People should not play with other people health!!!!

My family has been coming to this pharmacy since I was a little girl. Honestly, Julio and don Humberto are absolutely wonderful. However, the service is horrible. They have some lady working the front now and she has a nasty attitude. I was trying to explain a situation to her related to my insurance and her response was, “How is that suppose to help me?” Seriously? That is how you treat your customers? Sometimes they call you and tell you your prescription is ready but when you go pick it up it isn’t ready. They are a hot mess. I felt comfortable there because I have known them since I was little but for the past few years their service just hasnt been the same. I switched to walgreens, but my family still go there and I still hear the complaints.

The best pharmacy I have had near my old home. Great fast and efficient service, nice people and they help you out find the correct medicine for your need if you do not know what it is. I recommended 100% +. I do not live in the Bronx anymore and I drive to get my medicine at this pharmacy. THANK YOU MOSCOSO TEAM!!
