I spent over three weeks at Morristown Medical Center, and I can say without a doubt that the care I received from every single staff member was exceptional. From the doctors to the nurses to the support staff, each person went above and beyond in every aspect of my care. I felt safe, supported, and truly valued. I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism throughout my entire stay.

The most compassionate staff members I’ve ever come across. I was induced and the staff tried their best to ensure it was a vaginal delivery. The team of nurses, residents and my OBGYN, Dr. Green were phenomenal. Dr. Green is kind and very good at explaining what they’re doing, I was instantly calm when I found out she was going to deliver our child. I was also impressed with Dr. Sun who gave me my epidural, I didn’t feel much because he numbed the area and was so kind and considerate which helped me feel relaxed. Nurse Jazmin has a great hand when it comes to administering IVs, Nurse Angela and Nurse Samantha were great supports during push time and gave me great tips to help push the baby out fast and safely. I would recommend Morristown Medical Center to anyone desiring excellent medical care! The entire medical team that took care of my mom provided superb service. Everyone from the PCTs to the kitchen staff is caring and respectful. Nurse Nicole and Nurse Johnathon are very competent, knowledgeable, and treated my mom like she was a member of their family. Also, the food is AMAZING!!

I suffered an emergency early am this week and was transported and admitted to MMC's Emergency Room. There, I was treated with exceptional care by the entire staff, from each and every nurse (inc. Gineen S., Kathryn M., Bernice T.,Jill & Marsha ...and I'm sure I left some out); various nurse aides, and all the attending MDs (inc. Dr. Nagavalli, Dr. Mele, Dr. Zanetti-Yabur) et.al. Everyone was friendly and warm and helped get me through my medical problems. While a very busy day (with patients everywhere), my care never felt less than thorough and professional, all with a touch of humanity. I can't thank them enough for all they do. Our family feels blessed to have the Emergency Department at MMC as a primary resource to rely on. Thank you again!

Pediatrics Department Review This is the third time my daughter has been treated here, and unfortunately, my experience continues to be extremely disappointing. If you are a minority, I strongly suggest seeking care elsewhere. The customer service is unacceptable. The nurses are consistently rude and unprofessional. Rather than tending to patients, they spend their time gossiping at the nurses’ station like high school students. When concerns are raised, the response feels retaliatory—staff stop checking in at the bedside and instead begin complaining about visitors. There is also no benefit in speaking with the head nurse.
