Morristown Ambulatory

My experience at this surgery center was really good. The nurses, the receptionist. the anesthesiologist, and my surgeons were very knowledgable and they provided me with explaination of what they are about to do and answered all my question. This facility is great!

I had a procedure here just yesterday and all the staffs were really nice and professional except one in Recovery phase 1. Lauren or Loren is her name who was in charge of my recovery after the procedure and she did not take care of my well being. Instead, she was chatting and yapping with the patient's parents who were next room. I asked for the crackers amd she didn't bring it to me. Even other nurses told jer that I'm fully awoke and still no attention. She really ruined my experience at this facility. I wanted to give 1 star because of her, but the rest were so competent.

I have had 2 surgeries here in the past 2 years and both times everyone was amazing from the admitting staff to the nurses and doctors. My first time there I was extremely anxious and the staff/nurses helped to make me feel safe and comfortable. I'm very grateful to everyone at the surgery center for these two experiences being the best that they could be. Thank you!

What a wonderful place for an outpatient procedure! In fact, everyone was so nice and lovely I wouldn't have minded staying overnight. :) Not only were the medical staff great but the clerical staff as well- the woman I checked in made me laugh, feel calm, and answered all the questions I didn't even know I had. I highly recommend.

I received phenomenal care, from registration to recovery during a recent procedure. 10 stars.
