As other reviews that aren't fake have mentioned, they will short notice cancel and try to get you to reschedule for months later. They will not provide an explanation. It's likely they overbook themselves intentionally. My experience had the doctor running between simultaneous appointments on several occasions. You don't get your doctor's full attention, they cancel on short notice, but if you're 5 minutes late they cancel your appointment and charge you 60$. This place is corporate and doesn't care about it's patients in my opinion.

As a military family finding a new dentist every time we move is such a struggle. I thought when I booked an appointment for myself and my 7 year old back in May for the end of December that we would be seen and have nothing to worry about. I was wrong. I was called a week before our appointment and asked to reschedule for JULY. Absolutely ridiculous. Please do not wait months on end for an appointment like me and then be left high and dry trying to find another one.

I’ve been to see Dr. Sanchez multiple times now and he has been fantastic. He took his time explaining the treatment plan and kept checking in on me during the fillings to make sure I was comfortable. His assistant Hannah is amazing as well, they are like a well oiled machine together. Can’t recommend them enough!

Dr. B and ALL the staff at Morrison Dental have made our dental care pleasant and easy! Prior to coming to Morrison, my kids struggled at the dentist (ages 5 and 3.5). Now, there are no qualms, they have FUN, and the staff treat them like royalty! :) better than I could have imagined. Shout out to Jasmine for inspiring my kids' creativity in the waiting room - you're all transforming their dental care journey, and we are SO grateful!

Today I took my daughter in to see Dr Barrett. She had a rough experience at another company and man was she nervous. All I can say is wow. Dr Barrett took his time. Made sure she was fully numb and made sure she was comfortable and at ease. His bedside manner with her was amazing. If you would have seen her after her visit from that other company " She was shaking and crying" To seeing her at this one. She was calm no tears and even smiled a few times. Her fears over future treatment are so much smaller now. As a mom this makes my heart happy to know we have such an amazing team. From the front desk who was so friendly when we came in to our amazing assistant and yep Even Dr Hong popped in and helped. A 1000% awesome visit.
