I was told nothing about the potential of pain or the other factors with my procedure. When I called they acted like they never dealt with my questions regarding pain and the crown itself. I went in with no pain and left with three weeks of misery. Now the crown doesn’t fit well and I’m pissed. I will never have a crown done unless the dentist can make the crown on site. Had they explained anything, I would have made some other choices - instead when asked about alternative, less intrusive methods the dentist basically said I was questioning his professionalism.

My experience here was not customer focused but moreso compensation focused. My concern is that the service I received was not what I originally scheduled my appointment for. Once I arrived at the appointment I received the initial part of the appointment and the dental hygienist wanted to reschedule me "because she didn't have the time". Understood... what I couldn't understand or get any one from this office to understand is why was I not told this prior to agreeing to the appointment that way I can decide if I wanted to make multiple trips for something that only takes 1 trip for being that I do have a scheduled Monday-Friday job. The office continued to make excuses stating that " I wasn't a dental hygienist so I wouldn't understand" or wasn't competent enough to comprehend that I was

Customer service needed. The receptionist was very impatient and agitated that I had my insurance company name wrong, which should have already been in there system because my family goes there also. I went on line to book my appointment after I tried calling with the correct information because the receptionist never answered 3-18-2024..Plus there vm wasn’t working properly, I even called the branch in Savannah to see if they could help.. On 3-19-2024 I received a call back from Morrison saying my appointment was cancelled because I was rude to the receptionist, which was a lie because I never exchanged words, and how could I with my teeth in pain at the time. I’m trying to get an appointment and they were upset because I left a poor review,after I was being ignored.. I will follow up wit

All dental services received at this location have been phenomenal. The 2hrs roundtrip drive is totally worth it, usually. Stars are reflective of recent incomplete visit. Unfortunately, my wait time today exceeded the amount of time I have spent in office for entire visits. In future I would recommend the following to office; inform patients of extreme delays either upon check-in or as soon as possible, watch the lobby/waiting area to take note of patients waiting for long periods and most importantly empathy takes little effort, but can make a huge difference. To have a patient wait nearly an hour beyond appt time without any notification of delay or explanation as to why is an unacceptable practice. Hopefully this was a rare mishap.
