On several occasions there were issues with accuracy of refills where they said we're short so we owe you, go and claim it they don't remember resulting going back and forth. This month they labeled the bottle 90 tablet but an error it had 30 tablets called dr they spoke twice with no solution insurance will not pay for it again no medication for September I have to pay with credit card $42 "0( DALIA

Unprofessional staff. Unauthorized personnel handling the FILLING of medication. They love to fill prescriptions that are not due yet so they can charge your insurance faster, without your permission. They don’t even confirm what medication it is. No body is wearing masks at this facility either. Great to also know these guys don’t care about the spread of covid. The only person who seems to take their job seriously at this facility is Dr. Patel. Everything done by the book, and on time. The females at the counter need more training!

This wouldn’t be the first time. But I called ahead of time to check if my refill was available for pickup. I was told yes. It literally took me 7 mins to walk to the pharmacy & when I got there it was closed yet again. It was only 6:07pm. Google says the pharmacy does t close until 7pm.

Great Service, Prescriptions always available, Friendly atmosphere, Great Costumer Service, Charlie the best.

They never open the store on time and I become late to my appointments when I ask for a prescription
