Dr.Shih is one of the best doctors I have ever taken my son to. Attentive, knowledgeable, and understanding. My son (who has special needs) has had a bad run with many bad facilities and this place surpassed all my expectations. I am so so so happy The staff were so nice and made my son feel so comfortable. Dr Jack Cruikshank has a positive, friendly personality, and the staff is friendly and kind.

One of the finest facilities I have been to in years. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Services were provided in a timely manner. Patients were called in from the lobby quickly. I was seen by two female staff and Dr. Cruikshank. These three provided the most comprehensive new patient intake and provided compassionate and thorough care. They asked me many questions in order to provide quality care tailored for me. They asked. Then they really heard me and my case history. I am very greatful. Further, many services are provided in house including medical and psychiatric services in one building. Horrible care never gets through to see doc or make appointments when heart attack issue comes they don’t follow through they pond u off to another DOCTOR OUTTA TOWN WTH A REFERRAL AND THE ISSUE WILL S NEVER GOTTE N TO BECAUSE TGGAT DOC MOVE OR GOT NO ONINOES ANY ANDWERS I THOUGHT BEINF LG WHIRE FREE AMERICAN TGE USA WOULD BE BETTER TO US BUT NO BEING FROM ANOTHER COUNTYRY ALL YOUR LIFE IS PAID FIR AND IT COMES FROM MY TAX DOLLARS

Had my 1st appt. Front and back office were very nice. DR.Paul was awesome(even tho he wont be my reg. Doctor... bummer he was great). I was very nervous about going to doctors its been awhile. He made everything very easy, including getting my referrals. Already got a call to make appt. For the referrals. Hoping every appt. Is this comfortable and stress free. Oh and love that labs are done there! SWEEET!!!
