Morada Midwest City

I have worked in healthcare over 30 years so I have an eye for what good care looks like. I give my HIGHEST respect and THANK YOU to the staff and leadership at Morada. My family member is TREATED like FAMILY and the staff at Morada go ABOVE and BEYOND to be inclusive for everyone. Activities, scrumptious meals, church, family gatherings, field trips, on time medication passes, help with bathing and anything else you can think of to help our loved one live her BEST life. I sleep well knowing my dear family member is in a safe and caring environment, and close to friends and family who visit regularly :)

Considering on moving my mum out, the hired a new 2 to 10 med aide who wants to act like a nurse, very rude and the office people not willing to correct things. She don't give my mum her pills when she wants it. She holds her medications back for no reason. I am in great disbelief, this used to be a great place.

Last year our mother began falling a lot. She wanted to stay in her home, but it became more apparent that she could not live by herself. Our mother moved into spacious apartment in Morada Midwest City, last summer. I couldn't be more pleased with her care. Her overall health has improved since she began her stay, and she is engaged with her community. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL. They are attentive, patient and caring. Now when she talks about going 'home', she is referring to Morada.

The staff at Blue Ridge has taken excellent care of my mother! They love her, and each have a bond with her that shows. The food the last few months has been great, and her appetite has increased. In the beginning there was a bit of an adjustment, but the staff was available whenever I needed them and helped in any way they could. The management team is approachable and handle any concerns I have effectively and in a timely manner. My mom calls Blue Ridge home and feels as if she is apart of a family.

Under no circumstances would I recommend Blue Ridge place or any property managed by Enlivant. My mother was a physical resident for barely more than 30 days. Her condition advanced and spent the final months of her life in a different skilled nursing facility. We paid all bills according to the contract and kept receiving invoices well after the contracted notice period expired. Despite multiple emails and phone calls to both corporate and the local facility, I just received notice from a debt collector. This business cannot be trusted to follow their own contract terms. I am notifying BBB and considering legal action. Shameful business. Stay away.
