Excellent experience! I really liked the hygienist and the Dr. They were great! My sxperience was way better than my last dentist I am so glad they stopped taking my insurance, so I had to find a new dentist. I should have moved to this one years ago.

If you like cancelled appointments, terrible communication, and an unreliable dentist, Mor Smiles is perfect for you. In the span of a week both my husband and I had terrible experiences. I had an appointment scheduled and the time for it was changed without the office contacting me. I realized when I received the reminder text the day before the appointment that they had changed it without saying anything. The morning of my appointment, they called a hour before my 9:40 appointment to let me know my appointment for my “filling” (it was just an appointment for a cleaning, not a filling) was cancelled. I called back to confirm that my cleaning was cancelled and clarify that I didn’t need a filling. They didn’t answer so I left a message. They called me back at 9:36 to tell me that my 9:40
