Monument Pharmacy

I am fairly new to Monument Pharmacy. However from day 1 they treated me like I've been a customer for years. Everyone I've had the opportunity to speak to has been so very polite, professional, caring,and understanding. Ive had a few times my meds have had some issues with the insurance company. The whole team there played a huge part in getting the issues straightened out. They go above and beyond to get it fixed. They have a wonderful delivery service also. That is very timely and prompt. I am 100 % satisfied with the whole team. I have recommended Monument to family and close friends. Thank you Monument Pharmacy for your professionalism and care.

When I was called to set up for delivery the other day, I was told out of the blue that I now have a co-pay. I have gotten the same medication for months with no co-pay so I was thrown off when she asked me for my card info… she said I could pay in cash instead, but talking over me as I’m trying to tell her that I understand I have a co-pay NOW, out of thin air and it doesn’t make sense to me. She became aggressive with her tone and wouldn’t let me finish speaking before talking right over me. It may not sound like a big deal to most but if you have ADHD and autism, iykyk… i then asked her where they were located and her response was “monument pharmacy”. Well yeah, kinda figured… but I was so taken aback that for a second I didn’t know what to say!! Now, I don’t sleep through the night, th

Delivery service is horrible!!! They don't even come to your door but then say they did. They tried to deliver my neighbors medication to me so I assume they tried to deliver my medication to him. They claim to have called but didn't. Service is unreliable for people that need their medication

This pharmacy is located right next to the building I live in, so naturally I had my prescription sent there. Unfortunately, they are a closed door pharmacy and can’t give me my prescription because I am not their patient- totally understandable I can easily go somewhere else. However, I asked if I could sit in the lobby for a few minutes because my buildings fire alarm is going off and it’s 28° outside and there is no where else to wait that is open before 9am. 2 employees had to ask the manager if that was okay, to which he said no because I am not a patient. This business lacks human decency and only cares about people if they are getting money from them

Always make sure my dads meds come on time. Never any problems. They deliver meds, if ever at the hospital & being discharged make sure to tell the dr because they do not have pickup! I drove all the way here to find out they don’t. The dr had sent the scripts there.... he needed them after being released... so the dr had to send them to giant temporarily.... But they are nice & always helpful.
