Never had a wait time, staff has always been so pleasant to us and our daughter. Super convenient being able to get a same day call back for any questions or concerns I have as a first time mom. It’s nice going to a facility where I truly feel the staff truly knows and cares for our baby. Highly recommend!

They are not accepting children that are not vaccinated, understandable! but you don’t have to be rude about it! My oldest son is fully vaccinated and they still didn’t want to set him an appointment! Carol Long hung up in my face when I asked her is my 1 year old eligible to get vaccinated! Disgusting! You are unprofessional and you should be ashamed of yourself. I may have gotten snippy, but I did not use one curse word. Learn some customer service! I hope you feel good at night, turning children away from getting medical attention!

I have been taking my daughter here for 4 months after switching from VCU Children's Hospital. The doctors are great and I can get a same day appointment if my kid is sick. VCU has all the bells and whistles, but you won't necessarily see the same doctor again. I actually feel like they care about my baby and I can develop a relationship with the doctors. The rooms are smaller, but the place is quite accessible.

The doctor is good here but they doesn’t have an online system to create an account and accessing reports online. Also, they simply charge a full doctor visit fees just for talking to a nurse for five minutes to get some suggestions.

A truly wonderful team of doctors works here. They have always been able to get us in for a same day sick appointment and will even call to follow up and see how things are going. You can tell they truly care.
