My mother recently had a reverse shoulder replacement at MRH. Her post op nurse Coleen went above and beyond in everyway! She even personally made the folllow up call! Dr. Wheeler did an amazing job with anesthesia! His professionalism and care was top notch. Pacie RN in same day exemplified care and compassion! The entire staff in SDS was great. I saw Dr. Riggs for the first time and he was absolutely amazing and incredible. He was able to diagnose me, get me functional and able to work to almost my fullest capacity before UC Health was even able to. He is very intelligent and listens exceptionally well! I finally have my life back because of him!

I was hospitalized for 4 nights in October and had a great experience! Dr. Doctor followed his intuition and admitted me. Most everyone from lab staff, nutrition staff, PT, CT techs, nurses and CNAs were amazing. Hospitalist NP Michelle Mullins was on top of things and very compassionate. Jamie in the ICU and Lauren on Med surge were very attentive and caring. Arwen, the CNA went out of her way to comfort me and help me.

Had an appointment with Montrose Digestive Health concerning a complex medical problem. NP Marie was helpful. Was supposed to have another appointment today to follow up with Dr. Appointment by office canceled 30 minutes before happening due to medical emergency, which I understand but what was frustrating is they couldn't see me for another 2 weeks & I have been dealing with pain & discomfort, including an ER visit. Obviously Digestive Health needs more Drs as particularly in my case they say I need to see a specialist & i also have a history of cancer. So now, I'm going to have to go to Grand Junction to get this all looked at/cared for.

Would never ever never recommend this hospital to anyone ever. The 30 minute drive to Delta, CO is so worth the while. Much friendlier staff there. Plus Delta actually helps people. Not just take your money and try to convience a person they are fine. When clearly we know our bodies better.
