Dr. Trask is very Rude. He talks very nasty to the darker skin people. Please if you are a minority don’t not take you child there to see him!!!! Tried talking to the Office Manager Janet didn’t make the situation any better!!

Dr. Trask was extremely rude and unprofessional during our visit. His tone was disrespectful, dismissive, and completely inappropriate—especially in a pediatric setting. Parents and children deserve compassion and patience, not attitude.

I was told that my only options were to have my baby receive the third dose of the hepatitis vaccine today or to sign the end-of-care paperwork. I had already stated that I wanted to postpone the third dose, so I had no choice to sign the form under that ultimatum. According to the CDC’s recommended schedule, the third dose may be administered anytime between 6 and 18 months of age, and my baby is not yet 7 months old. Requiring immediate vaccination at the visit or termination of care appears inconsistent with CDC guidelines and raises serious concerns about this location’s adherence to established recommendations.

It used to be a good place, this last visit today I had to wait 2 hours for a referral for my daughter with Down syndrome needs a cardiologist and a dermatologist I have 2 hours here and still does not see it? People have a busy life, I have more appointments with them, therapies and many other occupations so that they have to wait hours for them to send the referral, I am considering changing my children with another pediatrician.

This doctors office lost my son medical records. I waited weeks for someone to call me back with a new patient appointment and never heard back. I called them and they had no idea where my son’s MEDICAL RECORDS were ! This is completely unacceptable, where are they? They are just floating around for anyone to read them. Smh. I still haven’t back from them and it’s been months. My son has still not received the care he needs.
