Montgomery Nursing Home

This place is the worst. I asked for a straw for my MIL and was told the kitchen is closed. I was told to bring in a personal water bottle for her. The administrator was absolutely crazy during meetings when challenged about the standard of care. My dogs eat better food than what they serve. This place is a warehouse for our elderly. Clearly its all about the $$ and they make no attempt to fake it.

The worst experience ever!!!! For mist part most employees were friendly..but soon unprofessional. Upon entering front desk was in an argument as to where I should be put..no greeting or welcome..nurses and aides..we're nice. But social worker Michelle is believe had mental health issues..

This nursing home was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I visited my loved one daily and saw her spirit and mental health deteriorate in their care. Despite being kind and patient, she was mistreated, neglected, and ultimately broken by this facility. Staff were unprofessional and uncooperative. I waited over 30 minutes to request medical records, only to be met with suspicion and disrespect. The records, originally claimed to be “thousands of pages,” were just 859 and full of inconsistencies. Key information, like her weight—a crucial metric for someone with CHF—was missing. She was reportedly eating all meals, but her records falsely claimed she refused food and medication. Medications not on her approved list were administered without consent. I am sorry that it's taken me so long to submit this review. My father spent 20 days in this facility last fall after suffering a near fatal incident. Everyone was wonderful. Everything was great. There's no perfect place, no perfect people, but these were good people doing their best to make his stay as good as possible. Their level of support and service made a bad situation a whole lot better. I am grateful that we came across this place in our time of need. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Montgomery nursing home. My Family member stayed there while recovering from a fall at home. The aides were so friendly and made her feel at home. I had full confidence in the nurses. Staff were attentive to our needs and calmed my nerves throughout the entire process.
