They were nice but didn't explain what was going on. I was nervous and I needed them to talk to me and walk me threw the procedure. And let me know what to expect. The assistant was rough with the suction she kept shoving it in my mouth bc it was numb I could still feel how rough she was. My lips hurt after the feeling came back. Im in the process of getting a crown. I was told it wouldn't hurt. We'll it was really sensitive when the feeling came back. The temporary crown has a gap in it and a sharp piece is sticking out I feel it with my tongue. Im scared food is gonna get under it. I go back in 3 weeks I hope the permanent one fits better like the other one. I wasn't told about the risk of getting a crown like infection. I've already paid out of pocket so there's no turning back. $19

I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. The staff were very understanding and kind. The dental assistant was so patient and asked what my anxieties were to help prevent any anxiousness. She talked in a calm, reassuring tone the whole time. She gave me numbing gel and when the dentist came in to num me with the shot, I didn’t feel it at all. In the past when a dentist has numbed me, I felt like I had been punched in the face for two hours later. With this dentist I didn’t even know I was numb. It was such a smooth process and was quickly done. The hygienist did an awesome job on the part she did also. She said what she was putting on my tooth had a really bad taste but she kept it so confined that I didn’t taste nothing at all .They all did a great job and I really appreciated ev

Professional staff. Kind and makes you feel comfortable not anxious. Very clean and organized. The technician with me was 10+ the doctor was awesome as well. Very pleased.

I was very pleased. The atmosphere and genuine kindness of the receptionists, doctor, and hygienist were impeccable. I hope to make this my stationary place for dental needs.
