I had to visit this place twice because of their mistake, and they are charging me for it. I had a visual field test done here on a first visit, and before reviewing the results, they applied dilation drops on my eyes. After that, the test turned out to be unusable, and because a visual field test cannot be repeated on the same day once dilation drops are used, I was told to come back another day. At my second visit, was told that would have to pay for the visual field test again, even though had to return due to the clinic's own mistake- specifically, not confirming whether the initial test results were usable before administering the dilation drops. It felt unfair to be charged twice for a test that wasn't properly handled the first time. Patients shouldn't be responsible for repeating

They run over 1-1.5 hours behind schedule and instead of calling appointments telling them are running late they say nothing and the will not even tell hold how many patients are before them. I understand stuff happen but being 1-2 hours behind schedule and having the normal 30-45 minute wait in top of that is just rude and lazy not to tell people to come late or reschedule

Dr Ashker and staff were efficient and kind. No wait. I found all the necessary testing done thoroughly within less than two hours. Glad to join them as a new patient!

Been here for an hour and 20 minutes. Have not seen Dr gutmark yet. Will be switching to another practice.

Arrived on time for my appointment. Spent 40 minutes sitting. I said I was leaving and the receptionist just shrugged.
