Monterey Park Rehabilitation & Health Care Center

I was supporting a friend that chose Monterey for their grandmother whose health declined sharply and am genuinely impressed. Moving her in was a breeze; the staff and leadership wanted to get to know her on a personal level and not just as a customer. It was clear she felt welcome, which was heartwarming. We thought saying goodbye after she moved in would be tough, but it was actually pleasant because we knew she was in good hands. Refreshing to see a company like Monterey putting people first.

My dad is there rite now… It’s 244 am and I wanted to check on my dad 306.. Marc is his nurse on nights and I’m glad that he’s there to answer my questions and keep an eye on my daddy. Monterey Park you have some Wonderful nurse and CNAs! The Aides and Bath Aide my dad has rite now are the Best! I Truly APPRECIATE every last one of yaw. I do what yaw do so I know… CNAs make the BEST NURSES!!! Go MARC!!!! Thank you!!!!

I just had to leave a review to all the wonderful staff, nurses, cna’s, Avery the social worker, the activities girl , all who have been so wonderful to my grandmother! As someone who works for a SNF out in Boston, I have high expectations. I can happily say they have been exceeded here. The facility is clean, warming, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I’m grateful to all of you and the care you provide to my grandmother.

This place immensely improved my dad's quality of life. After a couple of hospitalizations and a bad stay at Ignite Medical Resort, my dad ended up here for his care. I really wish we would have chosen this facility first, because they helped my dad deal with his pain, his spinal infection, his lack of strength, his balance, his weight and nutrition, his mood... the list could go on. He was basically bedridden when he was admitted (could only get into a wheelchair with full assistance). But by the time he left he was able to get out of bed and into his wheelchair by himself, and also do short walks with his walker. He started using his walker to get around by himself right after we got home. The difference in both his physical and mental state is night and day. My advice for anyone looking

Terrible. They dropped my dad and lots of scratches and bruises after leaving that place. His knee was cut open when they dropped him. Two Nurses got in a bad argument calling each other names in the hallway and then other nurse quit on the spot. I do not recommend this place.
