The Head nurse in this place tbe black women with the short blonde hair working Nov 19th. Around 8.34. Is extremely rude and unsympathetic. Would not let my caretaker in. Hospital is fifty and tbe Doctors have no clue what they are doing. I would give this place Zero stars if I could. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

The nurse in the end was okay but the doctor was not a good doctor. She claimed I had no medical reason to stay despite my slurred speech and difficulty drinking fluids. And she lied in her report saying I was understandable and fine. Seems as though every hospital in NYC hates anyone in supportive housing like I wanted to be in a place run by slum lords. Thanks for sending me home to die Montefiore.

I been waiting for a long time in the ER. The nurses and doctors take forever to check a patient . It’s very frustrating. Extremely Terrible service . Too much chitchat. Don’t recommend this place at all. It’s just a waste of time . I waiting for 6 hours just for CT scan and my results to come. Unbelievable and I hated this hospital. Don’t ever go there. Dr. Barney and his team are very irresponsible.Very bad service. I honesty don’t recommend going there. It’s just a waste of time and energy. Very bad experience

I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the reviews because once I got to the emergency room I was treated so great wow, I was scared due to me having shortness of breathe and when I say everyone from the nurses to the doctors kept me calm and helped me through everything I truly appreciate this hospital. I don’t write reviews but I’m writing this because I almost skipped over this hospital because of the reviews but ThankGod I didn’t. Thankyou to Everyone who helped me

I love it here. They are professional and kind. They make sure they check you good, I've been coming for years and im always satisfied with their care.
