Montefiore Medical Group (MMG) Bronx East

I love this hospital for my daughter. Love her doctor Mrs. Claudia. She's naturally passionate and you can tell she enjoys her job. She is also very understanding and patient. To add, im always in and out.

LONG WAITING TIME. Had an appointment at 3 PM, and I arrived on time (about 15 min early). It's been about an hour and a half, and I'm still waiting to see the doctor. It's ridiculously long waiting time. If the doctor won't see me until an hour and 30 mins, just ask me to arrive at 4 30 instead. What's the point of booking the appointment at 3 PM? Update: Still waiting! It's been almost 2 hrs!

If I could give Montefiore zero star I would. I went to the ED and had a urine test done. They gave me medication that should have been taken for 5 days which I did. No help! On the 6th day a PA call me to let me know that I was given the wrong medication. (Yes you read that right the wrong medication) I had to go elsewhere and now they're charging me $3,100 for the visit Believe it or not.

This clinic for adult medicine does not care of patients well being or health including all doctors and staff my mom seen her pcp antionio Diaz before he retired he told her he sent all her meds and he never did and my mom is at risk with her health I will sue them if something wud of happened to my mom fire all doctors staff and nurses to avoid life threatening issues this clinic should shut down is disgusting this should not be excepted I will be calling the state as well

Im not sure if im the first pregnant patient that Doctor Rachel K have ever seeen but im not very satisfied and comfortable with her. 10X better at the EastChester hospital! The security guards at the entrance are horrible as well and unprofessional people!! Seems they don’t like it there but won’t ever go back there ! Don’t recommend to anyone go to The one from East Chester
