Good staff & clean environment!! Came early , gave me medicine fast and I was out the emergency fast ! Godbless all the workers 🙏🏼👍

The.worst emergency in NYS i wouldn't recommend to no one nurses are rude and the dont have any doctors at night have to wait for 18 hours

This is not an emergency room, even though it says it is. Not anymore. Short staffed . There are more security personnel than medical staff. There's only one nurse running around trying to help everyone. DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN EMERGENCY. Waited over 10 hours just to get a cat scan and ultrasound because they said they only had one machine. Never again.

i’ve spent about a week in the admissions unit & although nobody likes having to go to the hospital, nurse larissa & nurse rose has really made this experience a trillion times better. they have been so thoughtful, answered all my questions, & have been very sweet. they also have exemplified endless compassion in my time of need.

Worst hospital in city but they pronounced best in nation 6 hours wait but still no one to check management is worst people came after served before you no one to help even if you are in heavy pain no one is going to take care of you it’s true that Jacobi is way better that montefiore Einstein. Not recommended
