Don’t take your child there. I had a really bad experience. I took my 2-year-old daughter for a cleaning, and they only brushed her teeth with a regular toothbrush for less than five seconds. It felt completely pointless and not like a professional dental cleaning at all. I rearranged my schedule to make this appointment, and the visit felt rushed and careless. I left feeling like my time was wasted and that my child didn’t receive proper care. I am very disappointed and will not be going back to this place.

Great customer service, but what I don’t understand is WHY Post Pictures of ONLY the Office. Isn’t the whole point of going to a dentist is to get a cleaning/repair teeth? Like where are the BEFORE & AFTER PICTURES. Great that the place is clean. Now let’s get those google pictures in so we can attract more customers based on your work of art. It’s better for me to see them first than book an appointment

I’m not sure why this clinic has such a low rating. My daughter is 22 months and brought her here for her first dental visit and my experience was smooth all throughout. I found this place through our insurance base on Dr. Kim. However, she did not have availability but there are other dentists available. I was offered dates as soon as the next day and few more options the coming up week. So it was a bit confusing when I read someone commented that it’s difficult to get an appointment. I’m hoping it wasn’t easy for me because it’s our first visit and my follow up might be harder. I couldn’t make a 3 month follow up appointment the day of the visit because their schedule only opens up for the upcoming month or something like that. I’ll just have to make sure to call. First time visit went better than expected. When I got there 15 minutes early and there were people in the waiting room I said this is gonna be an all day thing. Just as I was getting ready to read my book a nice Dentist opens the back door and says my name and says welcome come on in. I was amazed I was only in the waiting three minutes. So a good start. And my dentist was absolutely wonderful and made me feel so relaxed. I’m a 75 year-old senior who is very set in his ways but this Dentist checked off all my boxes and did an excellent job and even scheduled my cleaning for the next time. The only Negative is they don’t pick up the phone when you call ahead, and when you leave messages, they do not return your messages.

This place is the worse. I got in there before 4:15 there was two people at the desk. There is no signing sheet so I would have to wait. Finally someone said next. There is a 15 minute grace , this person came from out the office talking about oh I look at the camera and it was 4:17 she couldn’t even look at me and say it, she had to say it to the receptionist. I would never come back here . They were not helpful it’s when I started complaining she gonna come out and say that bull that it was 4:17. Every thing is for a reason I want nothing to do with that office.
