When I arrived to bring an elderly friend to an appointment, I was met with nothing but smiling, caring faces. Everyone was so accommodating right from the start—helping me juggle a wheelchair, a diaper bag, and my 17-month-old on my hip, and even opening doors without hesitation. Once we got inside, a woman came out from the back with an entire box of Squishmallows for my son to choose from. Shortly after, she returned with a box of toy cars and let him pick four. As a mom who’s constantly caring for others with a little one in tow, those small acts mean more than I can explain. They were so patient and kind, smiling the whole time while he happily played all over the waiting room.

Dr. Sheeran and his staff were excellent to work with. The displayed professionalism and kindness. I went to Dr. Sheeran for a second opinion on a procedure I needed done. He was thorough in asking and answering questions. He showed courtesy and respect for my health conditions that were a factor. In addition from reception to the assistants in the office everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable of what they were doing and how to interact with the patients. I had my procedure today and receiving not one but two follow up phone calls to make sure everything was ok. I HIGHLY recommend!

I had an excellent experience when I got my wisdom teeth removed! I felt well informed throughout the whole process and had an easy recovery with no complications!

I am not a fan of taking a trip to the dentist for many MANY reasons. I have had horrible experiences in the past with staff and problems not being resolved when it came to my oral health. However, the staff at this facility made me feel welcomed and safe. I have had unresolved problems for years and now I can say that the people here are finally helping me get on a healthier and pain free life. I highly recommend going here, they are incredibly knowledgeable and explain everything in an easy to understand manner. I wish I would have found them sooner!

For the past two weeks, I have been dealing with the most horrendous tooth pain I’ve ever experienced in my life. Honestly, a 10/10 on the pain scale. Let’s face it, I haven’t met one person in life who says they looked forward to going to the dentist. But nervously I made the appointment on a Monday begging for them to please squeeze me in asap to remove the tooth. They very kindly were able to get me an appointment the very next day with Dr. Sheeran. My tooth was infected, so they had to give me Anesthesia to remove the tooth. I have to say, I can not thank Dr. Sheeran enough for what he did. The man is no less than a miracle worker! He is very kind, courteous, with excellent bedside manner.
