Just got my new glasses, tried to get fitted, didn't work well. I was told that you had to re order a new lens for one hot a little chip in it. Don't know the name of the girl who helped me order my bifocals, but I hope she's there when you call me to let me know my replacement lens is there to pick up in a week or 2, so I can get some help getting them fitted, or a replacement pair, if my insurance will cover them. Thanks.

I was referred by a friend. My initial impression was not the best. Prior to my first visit, I was not told that my eyes would be dilated, which prolonged the appointment time. I was on my lunch break so it caused me to get back to work a little bit late. I should have asked how long the appointment would take, but I had been to other clinics where you are rushed through the process, leading me to believe that all clinics were this way. However, during my appointment, the testing was very thorough. The tech did most of the testing, and I only met with the Dr. for a few minutes. A pair of trial lenses were given to me to try for a week or two. My vision with the new lenses was much improved and I felt as though the Montana Valley Eye Clinic did a much better job at evaluating my vis

Our experience with dr Neumeister and staff has been superior. He is very passionate and enjoys the work he preforms..the very fact he personally does a follow up after surgery shows his passion for eye care as well as his patients ..highly recommended..thank you for the gift of sight again..

If you in a hurry don't be very slow you will be waiting a long time in both waiting rooms for sure but very friendly stuff
