Montana RX Compounders

I came in to pick up medicine for my cat. Upon arrival I was told there would be a small wait. The wait was about 5-10 min. However, the other lady that was in the store was very nice and made conversation with me the entire time, making my wait feel like almost nothing. She was extremely welcoming from the min I walked in and continued to be extremely nice the entire time we talked. My day was turned around and my experience here was wonderful due to her :)

We were so fortunate to find Montana Compounding Pharmacy after our local pharmacy could no longer create a prescription for my pup and a national providers product was sub-par. Not only was the staff super friendly and helpful, but they made sure everything was handled correctly and even mailed it to me. The product was top notch and my pup is doing amazing! Would highly recommend!

Went in for Tylenol Extra Strength Rapid Release, all they have is standard Extra Strength Acetaminophen (Tylenol). Whe I asked, even though they were VERY friendly, they said they don't carry it, and didn't know where I could walk to acquire some. Not that helpful, but friendly, so...two stars. I'm sure for other items, such as actual prescriptions, they're fantastic, but... for walk-ins, it was less than ideal.

There is a different level of service here - it truly is exceptional. Everyone I have talked with has been incredibly kind and exceedingly accommodating. Their compounding abilities are exceptional - they are able to personalize prescrips based on what you do and do not want in them...so for those who are vegetarians/vegans, have sensitivities, or do not want any colorants or controversial fillers added, this pharmacy is the answer. They strive to meet your every need and I am so very thankful for them.

I own a pet business in Missoula and when one of our best client's dogs needed medication in a hurry, Tim and the staff at Montana Compounding Pharmacy didn't hesitate. Even in the face of equipment troubles and probably a hundred other clients demanding their attention, these folks exceeded my highest expectations--and did it with a smile. They are professional, competent, and reliable. I'm so glad to see downtown Missoula gain such a reputable local small business.
