Dr. Browne and her staff are amazing. They got me squeezed into their schedule when I had an emergency, made me feel so comfortable and at ease, talking to me through each step she was doing and making sure I was ok and comfortable the whole entire time. I love the staff at Montana Roots. I've been going there since before Dr Brown stepped in and took over the office. The staff are friendly and thorough, and they have great communication! I always recommend their services because I stand by my opinion that they are a great business and crew!

I’ve had dental issues since i was baby—capped teeth before kindergarten—and I'd seen a number of dentists before I wss 10, and dozens of dentists nation wide in my 57 years of regular care. Dr. Grammens stands out as the best dentists I’ve ever been to. When a previous dentist in Colorado Springs refused to remove a problematic tooth and actied like I was crazy, I was forced to live with the pain for months. Dr. Grammens listened without judgment, removed it cleanly, and I’ve had zero issues since. His pride in quality work is obvious in the way he communicates with his patients. It still amazes me how he gives near-painless injections, a technique every dentist should know. He spends real time with patients, and genuinely cares about everyone. The whole office is great and they actually get to know their patients. My kiddo just had work done and they made sure he was comfortable plus distracted and patiently went through the process so he wasn't traumatized having to go to the dentist. Dr. Brown is great with patients of all ages!
