I truly cannot recommend Cheryl enough. She helped me prepare for my VBAC and supported me postpartum, and I am so grateful for her guidance and expertise. She is incredibly knowledgeable but also so personable and easy to talk to — which makes such a difference when it comes to pelvic floor therapy. She took the time to educate me, answer all of my questions, and make me feel confident going into birth. Postpartum, she helped me feel strong and supported in my recovery. Her new space in Belgrade is beautiful, clean, and so welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and the work she does. Highly recommend!

I met Cheryl when I was hopeless and in terrible pain. Vaginal radiation for ovarian cancer had done a number on me. Within 2 months my pain is completely gone and my pelvic floor is healthy and strong. She changed my life❤️ I am even back to kayaking!! I highly recommend Cheryl.

Cheryl is highly effective and wonderful to work with. She provided critical post-op care and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) therapy for both my mother and me after having lipedema removal surgery. Cheryl's expertise and personable approach helped us navigate an intensive recovery time in good spirits. We are so happy with our sugery outcomes, and Cheryl is a huge part of that. I wholeheartedly recommend Cheryl for lipedema care, and I'm confident I'd feel the same about her pelvic care if I was loking for that as well. Her practice space is welcoming and functional, and easy to access off 19th (when there isn't road construction 😊).

I had the best experience working with Cheryl! She helped me so much postpartum, as I recovered from an emergency belly birth. She helped me navigate scar work while also addressing tight pelvic floor muscles. I loved going to every appt and had so much success with doing exercises to help with recovery. I wish I had seen her through pregnancy she is truly amazing!
