BestMed Urgent Care - Belgrade

The service I received at Bestmed Urgent Care was very respectful and professional. The NP who treated me was very thorough in trying to diagnose the source of my abdominal pain. I had been diagnosed with a condition 8-9 years ago that has not bothered me until now and I had actually forgotten about it. Her knowledge in ruling out possibilities and knowing what the most likely cause was, made the difference in whether I would be enjoying my ski week or not. I am grateful!!

I am writing this review about a recent visit I had on New Years. The provider and front desk person were amazing, the problem(s) began once I was brought back to the patient room. Once Averielle closed the door, she said I'm the Registered Nurse assisting you today. My job is to help the provider diagnose your health concerns today. After she uttered that out of her mouth, I said why does your name tag say Certified Medical Assistant? When I said that she became stand offish and rude. She said that's what they put on our name tags! My other concerns with her is she seemed off, not in a particular mood way, but that she may be impaired. Her hair was not combed, her logic and reasoning seemed impaired and she kept glaring at me when I confronted her .She really needs to be watched

Dr Jimmy gave me the best Dr consultation that I jave ever had! He was very good at interviewing and explaining what some treatment options were and helped firm a good approach for treatment! GREAT bedside manner, much better than TVs Dr House!! Lol The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly!! You folks have headed me in the direction of a great recovery!!! GREAT JOB ALL AROUND!!!!

I went in with a big concern on my health and I was treated wonderfully, I was listened too and actually felt heard. They recommend other things to test for too, to address it head on and find a solid answer to my concerns and what I’m feeling. It was refreshing mentally, emotionally (hopefully physically soon!) and now I can rest a bit easier. Thank you, y’all are great!!!

No wait, got right in. The PA really took time to listen and asked all the questions. The medical assistant, great at drawing blood. I didn't even feel the needle going in. Check in was easy as well. Thank you for taking the time to see me.
