Montage Medical Group, Ryan Ranch

I established care with Montage about 3 years ago and could not be happier. Dr. Magnuson is always very clear, listens well, and provides options to make me feel like I am part of the treatment decision. I've also had referrals to other specialists and have been very pleased with the overall process. I appreciate having all my health care needs cared for within one group including xrays & labs.

Let me just start by saying I'm not the type to write a review let alone a bad one. I believe it's best to go to the company and sort out the issues instead. But after trying to solve the issue multiple times, with zero resolution, I've decided to write about my experience. Firstly, I've been a part of Ohana and Montage Health since 2022. I've absolutely never had a good experience there and I see now that it has nothing to do with the staff and all to do with the management. Ohana is a cash grab that profits off vulnerable adolescents, getting money with every bed they fill, hence why they send every teen to the hospital even when it's not needed. They diagnose you with whatever they can as quickly as they can but if you get diagnosed with BPD they just "can't help you". They accept thous

Still waiting for a response to a moderately urgent medical request made about 2 weeks ago. Also, when I requested copies of my medical records last year the staff was surprisingly rude to me, insisting they hadn't heard back from me even though I had screenshots of all my messages, and the supervisor who I reported this to said she would address this with them but this seems to not have happened as I still did not receive any response to this request and had to make a separate request and reached out to the specific doctor I needed records from. Very disappointing and frustrating to say the least

This place is more like a factory, not a medical institution. Ridiculous charges for blood tests, even with good health insurance. Doctors for whom you are just another patient, their assistants who don't bother to listen and ask the same question five times in a row. The questionnaire that you have to fill out before seeing a doctor asks you absolutely unrelated questions (Sports medicine department), like who do you live with, what kind of alcohol do you prefer, place of work, position name. Not sure how all of this was related to my treatment. Update: I asked for a three months worth of medical prescription for a very simple blood pressure medication, since I will be out of the country for this time period. Stuff is extremely unprofessional and needs basic training. Supervisor Lilliana still needs work at MacDonald's. Director Jasmine is always at the meeting, 24/7.
