The staff give me appointment with the doctor, after few weeks I called to confirm the appointment but a staff member told me that they don't accept my insurance, I asked to talk to this doctor or to see him but they refused. Now I wasted this much time and I have to start search for a another doctor. If the found that they don't take my insurance why they didn't call or text me not to waste all this time I can't give him even one star

Dr. Pasad's staff was very friendly and had clear comminication with me. If found the entire office staff to be very nice and very helpful, even to people who couldn't be bothered to say hello to the staff. Dr. Prasad exhibited excellent bedside manner along with extensive medical knowledge (he is a doctor, after all) that he relayed in an easy to understand way. I definitely recommend him!

I am very thankful that I found Dr. Prasad. He not only takes the time during the appointment he listens.....yes, he listens. I have found with many Dr's I felt rushed or discouraged to ask questions or clarification but I do not feel that way with Dr. Prasad. I love that after every visit I get an email with a summary of my visit. I have never had that before from a doctor visit. It's such a plus when I want to go over the visit with my other doctors. I'm very happy with him and his staff and I would recommend him to anyone.

Worst doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. Suggested my neurologist misdiagnosed me but didn’t want me to discuss that with my neurologist and refused to document that in my chart. (Basically said I think you have a problem but I’m passing that problem along to another doctor and pretending you said nothing to me). Did not document in my chart at all what we discussed in the office. Inaccurately recorded the medications I am taking in my chart. Please avoid wasting your time using this doctor. It was not only a complete waste of time but I believe he is incompetent.

Very disappointed in the level of service to a new patient. I was admitted to the ER where Dr. Prasad was called to see me. He showed up 2.5 days later instead of a projected 24 hours (per hospital requirement). He ordered a number of tests (mri, bloodwork, xrays) but never showed up again or replied to any of the messages from doctors in the hospital regarding my test results. Once I was released from the hospital, the first available appointment to see Dr. Prasad was in two weeks. Another two weeks of not knowing my test results!!! Today was the day of my appointment and I was running 15 min behind (agree, it’s my fault) and I called the office to notify. They told me that they have to reschedule and the first appointment is in 1.5 weeks. The office didn’t even make an effort to accommod
