We had a great experience at this eye doctor’s office for my daughter. Everyone was kind, patient, and very helpful. The front desk staff was especially welcoming and made the visit smooth and stress-free. The doctor was wonderful with my daughter and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of theirs since 2017. I have been treated by Dr. Siegel who is amazing and most recently by Dr. Punim and I have nothing but great experiences with both. My eyes have very big differences and Dr. Siegel helped me by just prescribing one contact on one eye and that has been the difference. Before that I was only able to wear glasses I am now happily able to skip the glasses and only wear contacts. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly.

Excellent! I had my first appointment with Dr. Todd Punim yesterday and I was so impressed with his knowledge and the time he spent checking my eyes. He made sure my questions were answered and my concerns were clarified beyond words. The staff was also perfection and it was very clear that this office is well run and that patient care, understanding and comfort is a priority. I will now always be one of their patients!

The worst experience I have EVER had at an Eye Doctor’s Office or ANY Doctor’s office for that matter. Tried to go here for the first time back in 2021 and again a few months back. Both times were bad experiences and this latest time was a follow-up appointment for the appointment a few months ago. It’s been 5 years and nothing has changed. They're always running behind. You schedule the earliest appointment they have and yet, you'll still be leaving 2 hours later minimum. They’ll even bring you to the back, just to say go back to the waiting room multiple times. Never had this issue with Dr. Rubin (Rubin Eyes in Nanuet, NY), but unfortunately, he retired. I was only there to see Dr. Gordon, as that's who Dr. Rubin referred me to.
