I had an excellent experience with Dr. David Diamond. His hands are incredibly soft and gentle, and the entire procedure was completely pain-free. I honestly couldn’t believe how smooth my root canal went. Extremely professional, calm, and skilled. The staff was great as well. If you’re nervous about dental work, this is the place to go. I had a scheduled appointment for Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 9:30am. I was informed at the last minute, that your staff made an error and scheduled the appointment two days earlier than they should have due to it falling outside of insurance guidelines. As patients we rely on your staff to appropriately schedule appointments. At this time I had one appointment canceled and now an appointment scheduled outside of insurance guidelines. Due to this error in scheduling I am losing a day of work tomorrow and we are at your days end while the matter remains unresolved. I am a very disappointed customer right now. Their place is clean but they take no accountability for their errors. Their clerical, assistants and hygienist staff are good and their dentist are mostly fresh out of school. I

5+ stars! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness! This is not a typical dental practice. Everyone is so kind and pleasant, you forget why you’re there. Ashley, my dental hygienist, was so thorough, gentle, educational…funny! Dr. Jay, Dr. Lowey and Dahli were so professional yet down to earth. I didn’t feel intimidated and was free to ask questions. I left the office feeling cared for:). I would definitely recommend this office!

Im having a terrible experience with the costumer service Although the doctors are great getting an appointment is very difficult and getting a referral there is like eating glass Whoever is picking up the phone has 0 interest in helping you (Candy crush maybe) It took me 3 weeks to get a follow up appointment because they couldn't find a file It's unreal how disorganized they are in every aspect

If there would be an option of posting 0 star i would do so. I would not recommend this place for anyone. STAY AWAY!!!! This place does not service its clients properly at all. The staff is extremely nasty and unhelpful, and there is zero professionalism. I felt completely disrespected the entire time. I would strongly recommend that everyone avoid this dentist and go elsewhere.
