Monmouth Medical Center-Radiology

My second time around, the 2 Jr. Technicians had little patience for my claustrophobia and made me even more stressed out. Also, the place is dirty and had bugs flying around.

I went to Monmouth Medical Center to get a Ultrasound. Everyone was nice. I just walked in and got a ultrasound of my leg quickly. The first woman ( Tanya) was a student that Started the US and then the technician (Amy) finished the US. They were wonderful, they were cheerful and their smiles were contagious. They made me feel great, important!! Thank for e kindness ☺️

I'm on hold for 45 minutes trying to schedule an appointment. I get only 30 minutes for lunch. This is VERY frustrating! I have to hang up & lose my 'place in line.' A terrible first impression.

The registration representative was very friendly and helpful. I almost had to reschedule but he helped me with the issue and I kept my appointment. Great job.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not go here for testing! They charge you four times the amount of other facilities and it’s dirty and disorganized! I had a fine needle aspiration and they charged me 5,000 dollars. I had the same test done at an office the year before and it was 1200. When I went for the test they put me in a room full of open bottles and needles and empty boxes everywhere. Then they moved me to another room with overflowing garbage cans. The doctor wasn’t exactly sure what he was biopsying and had to leave the room twice to check something. They told me I would have my results in 3-5 days. Seven days later I call and they said I need to come pick up the results. they don’t call with them. I’ve never heard of such a thing. I will never step foot in
