Doctor, Staff and office are great. But be warned if you choose to buy a machine from them just like when I bought it from Naples oxygen years ago it is better to get your script, buy it out right and submit to your insurance on your own for reimbursement. In the end they received around $1,630 for a $650 CPAP.

As a patient of hers I spoke with her nurse because I’m having problems with my CPAP. I was advised that I need to schedule an appointment to see her for her to write a prescription to have my CPAP machine fixed. Outside of that I was told that they did not accept my insurance and I should go to Amazon or eBay to find the parts to fix my machine! Don’t waste your time with her rude and inconsiderate office! In response to your rebuttal, as proof your nurse was too argumentative to listen to your patient. It is not the water chamber that is broken! It is the lid on the machine that pops open 3 -4 times nightly leaving me waking up sweating and gasping for air! I’ve played everyone games and I’m 3 weeks in an no resolve.
