Mondovi Dental - Fayetteville

I do not recommend Mondovi Dental for routine care. I scheduled a standard cleaning and arrived early. I was told I needed X-rays, but my prior dentist had taken them within the year, so I requested we use those because my insurance only allows one set a year. While I sat in the chair, I signed a records release and personally called my previous office, twice, to have the X-rays sent over. When asked a third time by the hygienist, I told her I did not feel comfortable calling again, I was told they would be sent over. Frustrated the hygienist called using her cell phone and placed the blame on me for not letting them know I was in the chair and needed them immediately. I was returning patient from a nearby dental practice. I should have returned sooner than I did. The hygienist who conducted my exam was outstanding, knowledgeable and customer focused. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a dentist. The bill was easy to understand and they offer several plans to lessen the impact on your finances . THANK YOU.

I wish I could leave a five-star review; however, our experience was less comfortable than a patient should reasonably expect. The dental technician was not friendly or helpful when I attempted to ask a question regarding a future appointment and service. Additionally, during the doctor’s procedure, her knee repeatedly bumped into my shoulder, and no apology was offered. I also noticed décor on a shelf referencing her mood (e.g., “crabby”), which did not feel consistent with a professional dental office environment.

Mondavi is a wonderful Dentist Service. Dr. Stevenson did a great job. His staff is very attentive and caring. I’ve been going for a few years now. I’ve had crowns and fillings. He’s the best!

I had an emergency and they got me right in. I was so nervous, Dr Eddy was wonderful! She explained everything and gave me Novocaine, pain free! Her assistant was equally amazing. I couldn’t be happier with my experience
