Monarch Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation

Although our loved one's stay at this facility was brief, we had a positive experience while there. All of the staff who we encountered were very kind, supportive and helpful and we felt they were genuinely rooting for his improvement. We would like to give a special thanks to Marilyn who coordinated the appointments and necessary steps to transition our family member back home, which was very appreciated during a stressful time.

My encounter at Monarch was very pleasant. From the staff to the residents they were nice and the staff was helpful. The building was well maintained and clean inside and out, that was nice to see. I noticed a young man in the office (medical records I believe) that was showing an amazing level of going over and beyond. He was assisting staff and residents while still knocking off his task! I was informed he does amazing hair (beautician *Kenny*) on top of his task and duties! That says a lot and that's a great luxury feeling to have in a nursing home. Thanks to the staff for all the hard work y'all do! Most importantly reminding the clients that they matter by keeping their hair done and looking nice is very sweet and caring.

I recently had a tour of Monarch Springs Wellness and Rehab for potential admission for my elderly mother. I found the facility to be very welcoming from the receptionist, the administrator, staff and even residents who told me this is a safe and comfortable environment. It appears that many improvements are currently being made to the rooms and common areas. I understand the food is excellent too!

My experience with Monarch Springs Wellness has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk through the doors, the staff are welcoming, respectful, and truly seem to care. Their compassion and professionalism shine through in every interaction, whether it's with residents or family members. The facility is currently undergoing some physical upgrading to improve the aesthetics. Activities are engaging and tailored to residents’ interests, and the medical care is attentive and thorough. Monarch Springs is a great place. The residence can have fun on a daily basis with numerous activities a day. We have our own on site business office that allows banking hours alongside Medicaid application assistance, a social worker that goes above and beyond even for Smaller problems. Overall, a great place to be.
