Ackert Park

My mother was here for a few months & was horrible, dirty, roaches & cold food. Terry was very nice but her sister Mary Carol needs her face slapped for the way she made my mom cry. Food was always cold. Hot coffee always cold. There was one lady who worked in house keeping she very nice to my mom & the nurses that bathed her we're nice. But the people that serve the food, horrible, no manners at all. You would think that people would have some compassion for the elderly, but not here. I would never take another loved one there!!!!

We took our 94 year old Mom to live at Ackerts Nursing Home and Rehab tonight. Terry Signao, the admissions director was very kind, compassionate and patient with our mom, who suffers from Dementia. The staff there is wonderful! They are caring and kind! Many of the staff came to my mom's room to welcome her and introduce themselves. I left there feeling my mom was safe and well cared for. Thank you for the warm welcome you gave toour mom, Ackerts Park Nursing Home and Rehab!

My Mother has been here for some years now, they have new owners, who are improving the quality of elderly living. The new owner's are Awesome!!!!! These are Owner's who care about your family member, and they are doing the best they can to improve the structural of the building, the quality of the food, and they have hired new people for activities and now they have a van to take your love ones out to different places. They care a lot!!!! 5 STARS Bring your love one if you want safe,loving, kind people to take care of you and yours.

Very unprofessional , went in for one day of orientation and it’s roach infested !! They serve cold food !! Bad staffing and the D.O.N was a joke ! She talked to me like I was her friend instead of being professional!!! I do not recommend this service to anyways !! Bad service all around the board ! They workers leave for hours , they drink and smoke on the job also !!! Bad experience
