Monarch Dental & Orthodontics - Rockwall, TX

This is a terrible business. Took my 88 year old mother in to find out what it would cost to get some dental work done. Specifically to get a second opinion on a bridge, that was recommended by another dentist. They scheduled the appointment and when we arrived they said they would not be able to discuss the bridge because I did not schedule to correct type of appointment with them. How am I supposed to know what type of appointment to schedule? I initially called them, told them what we were wanting to discuss and they scheduled the appointment. It seemed as though they just wanted us to schedule multiple appointments over an extended period of time instead of discuss the issue we came in for. They just kept talking in circles and did not seem to care one bit about my mother or how diffic

I am always happy with my experience. The staff is so helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns everytime I come in. Dental assistant (Taylor) is the greatest. She always helps in the right way. My last two crowns were difficult but she was able to make the correct adjustments to make the temp seat and remain in place. She's the Best!

I booked at appointment for my first visit at Monarch dental in Rockwall for a cleaning and exam on a Friday, Monach called and canceled my appointment the day before. So we rescheduled. I had a issue on the original reschedule date so I rescheduled it . Then on the day of my appointment, I was ten minutes late due to traffic on Hwy 30. Everything was pretty informal, the front desk receptionist said "Fill your paperwork out on your phone". The x-ray tech was nice she put the bitewings in my mouth. Then each time she went to go out of the room to do the x-ray she grabbed the wall with her gloved hands then would come back and put her hands in my mouth again to adjust the bite wings. I had a dental emergency and was able to get a next day appointment and get that issue fixed, they were able to go in and fix another minor problem so it didn’t escalate. They also did scans of my teeth and a cancer screening. As well as gave me a referral to get my wisdom teeth out. It was my first time ever using monarch dental, and I had a great experience.

After going through multiple places to try and find care monarch dental was the next place I called and was immediately welcomed, appointment set and new patient paperwork was all sent to me while on the phone. I showed up and was greeted by staff that was very helpful and courteous and made everything so easy. The doctor herself was amazing and went over what I needed and explained everything very thoroughly. Highly recommend!
