Monarch Dental

Immediately when you call and walk into the facility you are greeted with a smile. The service at this location is beyond outstanding. I have committed to bringing my entire family to this location. All three of my children felt very comfortable with the entire staff. Two of them had procedures and didn't feel a thing. 100 thumbs up for this office.

I love Monarch in Dallas, TX on Camp Wisdom!! I plan on going there in the future again!! In fact, I already made another appointment for next week and 20/20!! The dental assistant front office staff and hygienist were very nice and friendly. I was also treated so great by the dentist! He was very caring and patient with me! I always dread going to the dentist and have had some bad experiences. However, I believe it will be different with Monarch! I'm so glad I found out about them!! They rock!!! (If people still say that)! Lol!

I've been coming to this office for years even though there are others much closer to where I live. The office staff is always pleasant and professional, and the dental staff is superb. This visit was especially awesome because my 14-yr-old, who hates needles, learned that she would be numbed. The staff was patient and kind as they successfully calmed her down. This is why I continue to drive the distance to come to this office.

Yesterday was my first time visiting Monarch Dental, after not having been in a Dentist office for a very long time. From the moment I walked in the door Ms. Meyosha at the front desk greeted me with a big smile, and reassured me after I told her I was really nervous. Ms. Anna and Ms. Brenda were both extremely friendly and gentle while taking x-rays. The doctor was also really friendly as well, I will definitely be going back for future appointments.

The dentist is very good. The front office is disorganized and not very accommodating. I had an appointment at 9:20am. I didn't get called to a treatment room until 11:10 am. Then, though they gave me the treatment plan a week ago, they didn't seem to know why I was there if I paid or not and appointments obviously mean nothing.... It wasn't until I finally saw the dentist that I was assured that at least he knew what treatment I was there for. I am on the fence about going back.
