Mon Health - DASCO Home Medical Equipment

Trying to return a piece of medical equipment after my daughter passed away. It's the last thing I had to do after cleaning out her apartment. I live 11 hours away and just needed to hand off the pump and get on the highway to go home. I arrived at 1:01pm and they were closed for lunch. The employee stood in front of me behind the glass as I begged him to let me give it to him. He refused. This is the first person I've encountered during this horrible experience that couldn't even offer me an ounce of kindness. Maybe teach your employees some compassion, and hire enough people to cover a lunch shift.
