I was very happy with the service I received from Autumn. She was so helpful in helping me select the right frames for me and at my price I wanted to spend. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. She made the experience wonderful. I usually dread picking out frames because I’m so picky with my selection and price. She helped me find just what I wanted.

The staff was friendly. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They carry glasses for specialty issues and I was amazed at the quality of care I received. I will continue to have my treatment here, as will my family from this point forward. 10/10 highly recommend!

I am very pleased with Spectrum Optical. Dr. Hamric and her staff, not only are very thorough, they are very timely with scheduling. This was important to me. In the 30+ years I have gone here it is always a good experience, organized and extremely professional. Dr Goellner is really friendly and nice to work with. Autumn is the optician I worked with and she was absolutely the best. Very quick to return phone calls and went above and beyond to make a couple changes to my order after it had been completed.
