I visited this place 2 years ago and forgot to leave a review. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. From the staff to the provider who performed my pap smear, I was unimpressed. The provider lacked empathy and didn't answer my questions or ask any follow-up questions, leaving me with more questions and confusion after the visit. To make matters worse, I didn't have insurance, so they quoted me $175 for the visit. However, I later received a bill for $900, which fortunately got resolved. Despite the issue being fixed, the overall experience was terrible, and I've decided never to go back.

I’m sorry to leave this review but this place is dirty. From the main door, the walls, floor, and the couches looked a little dingy. The staff was pretty good, i don’t have any unpleasant interactions. I was scheduled to wait for phone visit to go over results. They text me consistently asking me to move my appointment up just for them to say all 4 times it’s unavailable. We then moved it up to a time they said was available and they had me call in just to say my results aren’t even ready and not sure why I kept receiving those texts!

I called and asked for an emergent new patient appointment, and to my delight, they accommodated me that very day. The warmth and kindness of everyone in the office were truly uplifting. The Nurse Midwife I met, Robin, was exceptional. She listened patiently to all my concerns, displaying remarkable care, competence, and empathy. As a retired RN, I recognize outstanding providers and exceptional customer service when I see them. Robin, CNM, truly deserves a 10 out of 10!

Absolutely love Robin and would recommend her to anyone. She cared for me my entire pregnancy and labored with me Christmas Eve, delivered my baby on Christmas morning and stitched me up. She is truly dedicated to her work while being so gentle and compassionate. I always feel comfortable with her and we see eye to eye on many things so it made my experience with her all that much better. She is non-biased, trustworthy, honest, kind and she builds a beautiful client/patient relationship where communication never falls short. I'm so thankful I found her.

I just had my second baby 12/30 with midwife Robin. My experience was nothing short of the best. Robin listened to everything I had to say and trusted that I knew my body/what I wanted. No question was to silly even it being my second child. It did get a little tricky because she is the only provider in this office so if she’s delivering a baby, your appointment will be rescheduled. Happened a couple of times but I was let know at least 30/45 minutes before my appointment for the most part. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you, If you can be accommodating, Robin is 10/10 the best. And don’t forget no matter what location you go to, you can request to be seen by the same provider, just ask at scheduling. Thank you again Robin, you’re the best.
