Everyone is very helpful. Easy to make a last minute appointment. Convenient location. Front office staff could be more energetic and enthusiastic but that doesn’t really bother me much.

Worst location, I have been trying to get ahold of the supervisor for about 2 weeks. I keep getting placed on hold for over 30 min. Then hung up on.The referral coordinator is impossible to get ahold of. I've been trying to reach them regarding important some referrals.*update: Switched to another clinic.

My mom had an appt with Stephanie Salas. She went in because she had been having left arm tingling and heart palpatations. The moment she walked in the medical assistant was rude to her. Then when Stephanie walked in she asked my mom in a rude tone " what's going on, why are you here" on top of that she told my mom she needed to relax, that she is just stressed and told her that shes prediabetic and has cholesterol, which was never previously mentioned, which made me think they had the wrong patient information. Today she went in for labs and the front office staff told her she was late to her appointment, my mom showed her confimation text and the front desk told her they mistaked her for another patient. On top of that they couldnt find her EKG report. I was very upset at the way my mom

If I could give negative stars I would. Nothing positive to say about this place, the front office staff are more concerned about themselves, Hot Cheetos and lip fillers than actually doing their job. The office doesn’t offer actual pain relief just over the counter Tylenol or Ibuprofen. There are homeless either in front of the building or in the parking lot. The front office smells awful, doesn’t seem to be cleaned very often as everything is covered in dust or dirt. Definitely save your time and a headache and get help somewhere else.

Horrible customer service, first and last time I go to this clinic. Front staff are irresponsible, staff asked for my identification and never returned my ( D.L ) never bothered to give me a call, Doctor sent in a prescription of antibiotics for an open wound I went in to get seen. NO ( D.L ) & NO ANTIBIOTICS for a whole week. I've been to other medical centers here in Arizona and this clinic is by far one of the worst in the state. Doctor Stephanie, all those years of sacrifice and dedication for your spectacular work. I love your dedication and passion you involve but all that goes to waste when you have a team that has no ( integrity, dignity and honesty ) I appriciate your help on my one and only visit to your clinic.
