VERY UPSET CANT GET PRESCTIONS FOR 34 DAYS NOW. still cant get them cause they are poking around to pay my copay cause molina is suppose to cover my copays say every precriptiions needs a re-opt from doctor when the these are emgergency prescriptions by a doctor for asththma and heart meds and bacteria on my presciptions i dont feeo sense these are the same meds i have had to take over 15 years now that i should have to have a pre-opt when they are necessard emergency medicines and im allergic to other meds so i cant switch i have tried inteh past, and causes rash, swelling all ove rmy body if switch and i needed my heart medicines, my asthma inhaler xoepenes and my mucripin bacteria cream and my allergies medicines and nothing has been done about it , going to the attorney general about

there has never been a worst insurance provider. When americans talk about bad insurance.. the worst experience in the world... they are talking about this comapny. This is a gfit on our state's funds more likely than any insurance provider

Only good thing about this insurance is the benefits card but its not worth the headache. Very unreliable. Why are things ive had insured through here randomly getting denied and saying out of network?

They actually lie! Twice they lied to me over the phone but I'll try to sum up last call &lie. I was waiting on an MRI approval from them &after 2 weeks, I decided 2 call myself. The woman I talked to told me it was denied a few days earlier& it was bc the doctor noted showed no abnormalities while working with my neck. So I actually asked her"then why did he even ORDER it!" She told me she didn't know so I got off phone with & IMMEDIATELY called the doc office ready to yell at ppl. BUT the doc office said it was still pending! And while I was on phone, she refreshed the page and she said it now showed denied!! I have never had such an awful experience with an insurance provider. There is absolutely no one to talk to when you need assistance. Every time I call, I get bounced around from one representative to another, and no one seems to know who the right person to talk to is. The lack of accountability is astounding. It's impossible to get any clear answers or solutions. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for insurance. Avoid this provider at all costs! I would rate them at negative 100!!
