MoGo Urgent Care - Monterey

I had a very positive experience at MOGO in Monterey a few years ago, so I returned recently after an injury, expecting the same level of care. The receptionist and staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the NP, Lucy, was disappointing. She was unfriendly and seemed to have an attitude throughout the visit. Our interaction was minimal, and she did not provide explanations or discuss my condition in any meaningful way. After the appointment, I checked the “Progress Note” in MyChart and was surprised to see several statements that were simply not true. We never discussed supportive care, medications, the course of healing, or potential side effects. I also did not verbalize understanding or agree to a plan of care, because none of this was explain

My daughter injured her arm and as turned out after doing x-ray she got forearm fracture. Everyone was amazing, starting from reception to the doctor. All staff were very professional and super helpful. My two year old daughter was excited for some kid juice. The facility is very clean with comfortable beds in individual rooms. The most professional place I’ve seen so far in US. Hope not to come back, but if you need help definitely come here.

I was a walk in to MoGo Urgent Care and the moment I stepped in the lobby I felt very welcomed and comfortable and entire staff gave me exceptional professional service. I highly recommend the this urgent care to anyone in need . Thank you for your empathy and care MoGo staff.

I submitted my feedback directly to the urgent care facility regarding my experience of being treated by other staff members and not directly by a doctor who could address my viral condition. The person who took my sample was a radiology technician, and I wasn't even examined or listened to before the tests were performed. Furthermore, the sample wasn't taken correctly, and the nurse who attended to me afterwards only prescribed over-the-counter medication. The manager who handled my complaint called me and said they couldn't do anything and that they only work with nurse practitioners, without even offering any other options. So, if you go to that facility, be aware that they will charge both your insurance and a copay, and you will be treated by a NURSE PRACTITIONER, not a doctor who can

I’m really grateful to this urgent care team! They accepted me just 15 minutes before closing and even stayed late to take care of me. They did an X-ray right away and made sure everything was checked thoroughly. Everyone was so caring and professional. I left feeling very well taken care of.
