MoGo Urgent Care - Marina

This place is absolutely amazing! I'm so tired of Doctors on Duty wait times and non friendly staff. MoGo Urgent Care in Marina is what all Urgent care facilities should aspire to be. I've been here for myself and my two young children more times than I can count and the staff are always very pleasant and efficient. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The wait times have always been super low, especially compared to Doctors on Duty. If you do have a wait time their beverage station is awesome. Free water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. MoGo will always be my first choice for urgent care!

This place was amazing. I can't believe I'm saying this about an urgent care center. The front desk was very polite, the seating was comfortable, THEY MADE ME HOT CHOCOLATE! Genuinely, the fireplace on the wall, the music, and gentle lights, I found my zen. When it finally came time to see the doctor, they were very thorough. I did not feel rushed, they explained everything, had excellent bedside manner. I have never had what I would call a good experience with medical care before today. Bravo MoGo Urgent Care. You are on to something.

I've been here twice now on weekends. I've made appointments both times and they took me as soon as I arrived. The staff are all friendlier than folks at Starbucks and the waiting room is significantly nicer; yes I know I'm reviewing an urgent care but I kinda want to hang out there. The nurses are kind and professional, even when I was being a grump because I was sick. The PAs are super knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I'm already feeling better. A++ would go again.

Everyone was so polite and very friendly. The wait was 10 to 15 mins. They are very thorough and explain everything in terms you can understand. Elly at triage was such a sweetheart. Christine puts you at ease and is very helpful. Erin was a great listener and explained everything perfectly. She was caring and made me feel comfortable. Ladies thank you, you are all amazingly

Second time coming here. $250 out of pocket with no insurance, for the office visit, the treatment, and for the prescription for antibiotics. Walk in with no appointment on a Sunday around 10:30am with 4 people in front of me. Waited & got seen & done with my visit within an hour.
