CPAP Services - Marina

I don't usually write reviews but my experience today was short, sweet and effective. I went to pick up some equipment for my machine and I found the part I needed at a price that was competitive with all the online warehouses. The staff went well beyond the norm in their service and getting me hooked up. Great people and nice to have a good supplier like this so close in Marina. Great job and thank you so, so much!

Wow, what can I say other then it was a pleasant experience picking up my new cpap machine and being helped by Dean, he was so patient, professional and very very knowledgeable in this industry. He made a frustrating process stress-free that I was actually excited that it would get dark soon so I can hook up my cpap machine and indulge in my dreams!!! I highly recommend Dean!!!

We were on vacation and had lost part of my husband's machine. Christine B was amazing, she went above and beyond. She helped fit and a guide him to a better fitting mask. When we left a piece accidentally she even ensured it was brought to our hotel. Thank you Christine for saving our trip and ensuring my husband was able to sleep.

My mask had broken during the night and the next morning I drove to the Marina store. There, I met Christine. She was truly helpful and extremely knowledgeable of her products. It turned out that the nasal pillow had come apart and needed replacing. An inexpensive fix. Very refreshing. Thank you Christine. You are a treasure.

I also have called and left messages that have gone unreturned and they never answer the phone. My doctors office has sent over a mask refitting request several times and I was told they would call me to set up an appointment and I was never contacted. Hence why I am attempting to call myself. When I have been in the office, everyone has been very nice.
